General Warranties
G-werks ltd retains title of the goods until orders are paid in full
Returning goods
Products that prove to be unsatisfactory may be returned for a refund,exchange or
credit note subject to the following conditions.
- We recieve the goods withing 14 days of despatch.
- Items and there packaging are recived in a re-saleable condition.
- Items are recieved with a copy of the original invoice, reason for the return and
return referance number ( telephone for details)
- Items are returned with the carriage paid
- If any of the above conditions are not fufilled then you may be subject to a 15%
handling charge.
- A 15% restocking fee will also occur if a product has been sent out and is no longer
required for any reason or if the product has been wrongly ordered by you.
- G-werks ltd cannot accept any items for return that have been specially ordered
to your personal specification
Warranty Goods
If the good are faulty in any way they must be returned to G-werks Ltd. The goods
will then be inspected;if they are damaged due to wear and tear a credit note will
not be issued. Any replacments that are required while warranty claims are taking
place must be purchased at full price.
Additional Costs
G-werks will not be held liable or responsible for any additional costs incurred
by products shipped in error
Delivery
Once goods have left our premises,its the responsibilty of the carrier to take for
these.If the goods are delivered in an unsuitable condition, G-werks should be informed
within 24hrs and it should be signed for unchecked,and given back to the driver.
Faliure to do so will result in invalid insurance,there for you will be held liable.
Ordering/Pricing
All trade orders must be issued by either fax or email, stating part number description
or product and quantity. Verbal orders will not be accepted. Gwerks Ltd is not responcsible
ofor typographic errors within catalouges,advertisments or price sheets. G-werks

Methods of payment
We accept all major credit cards, If you wish to pay by cheque please make payable
to G-werks ltd ensuring your gaurentee card number is on the reverse. Please allow
up to 7 working days for the cheque to clear. For customers who would like to pay
via their bank please contact us.
